Questions buyers ask us first
Do you sell to end users or only to businesses?
Both. Most of our orders come from machine builders, integrators and distributors, but we are happy to supply single units for evaluation. Volume pricing starts from 10 pieces.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For stock items there is no minimum — one piece is fine for testing. Custom optics and private label programmes normally start at 100 pieces.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched within 24–48 hours. If you need a custom focal length or branded housing we produce a sample in 7–15 days.
Do you support OEM and private label?
Yes. Your logo can be applied to the housing, packaging, labels and documents. We can also adjust focal length, mount, filter thread and interface.
What payment and shipping terms do you accept?
T/T, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance for orders placed through our store. We ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS express, and by air or sea freight for bulk orders. DDP is available for many destinations.
How do I choose the right lens for my camera?
Send us the sensor size, the working distance and the field of view you need to cover. We will calculate the focal length and send two or three options with prices and sample images.
Do you provide technical support after the sale?
Yes. Our engineer supports lens selection, mounting, back focus adjustment and optical troubleshooting by WhatsApp or email. Products carry a 2-year warranty.
Can I visit your factory?
You are very welcome. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the schedule and prepare the products you would like to see.
